Smith
I didn’t hesitate purchasing the Numark Mixtrack. After coming across
the link on accident looking at other DJ products. I went to the Numark
website and read more about this Dj Controller. I then went to Youtube
and watched a couple videos on it. I then came here to Amazon to purchase
it the same day after finding out about it.

I’ve used a lot of Dj controllers before. At Parties, Clubs, Weddings ect.
I always found the more expensive controllers to have the best features. But
with the Mixtrack….I am proven wrong. This controller ranks up there with the
best in my opinion. When I compare this to great controllers like The VCI-300,
The NS7, The Mixdeck, ect. You with this Dj controller can’t go wrong. You’re
getting a $150.00 Dj controller with all the features Dj’s look for, at an affordable
price! With this you’re getting a more real time djing feel. You’re getting
nice Dj platters/jogwheels, effects, editing tools and a good program. This is
a perfect tool to have on those days you dj a gig. But don’t want to bring your
regular djing equipment. Also if your a beginner looking to learn the art of
being a Disk Jockey. This is the right product to learn on.

With this controller, you would need to get an audio sound card. To be able to
hear what your doing with headphones. Native Instruments the same company that
makes the included Traktor program. Has a sound card called the Audio2Dj and Numark has the DjIo Sound card. There are other sound cards available also. The Mixtrack is premapped for use with all Traktor djing programs (Traktor Cue and Traktor Pro) and other approved djing software and hardware. Bottomline is this thing is made to perform and can hold it’s own with the big boys. Numark has really outdone themselves with the Mixtrack, and with the success of the NS7, V7, and Mixdeck. Numark can go ahead and add this to the list of accomplishments.

Intermediate and Advanced Dj’s can get enjoyment out of this product. Speaking as a Dj myself, using this has not made me miss hot days in the garage mixing it up on my acoustic djing equipment. Now I got something I can use and take with me on the go and use anytime. Not to say this is going to make me stop using my SL1200′s and DJM 600. But now I got another option till I get my Numark Mixdeck. Numark has also came out with the IDJ3 which is a similar controller. But it has an Ipod
dock, and has a built in headphone jack and mic output. The IDJ3 cost $300 but has all of the same great features as the Mixtrack. So to end this, I recommend the Numark Mixtrack to everyone that wants to either learn, entertain ect. A very great Dj Midi Controller for an even more amazing price!

It’s a responsive, light, compact controller with some pretty amazing effects. I bought this to be able to DJ shows without having to carry 3 crates of records and turntables with me. While the two decks do act as turntables, the scratch sounds very computerized and the response is off. You have to watch your PC screen to keep track of where you’re at in the cut. It is very light, very portable, and pretty responsive. It is plastic, so if you want the professional feel, you won’t get it. If you want portable, this is for you. A couple of issues… You’ll need a separate soundcard to be able to monitor your cue. This is in the price range of about $90+. And the version of Traktor that comes with it is the light edition which is very basic. The pitch is only +/-8%. I was hoping to be able to make that much more but in the light edition of Traktor that’s all thats available. You’ll have to upgrade to pro. All in all, this is most definitly worth $150. Just don’t expect for it to change your DJ game. If you’re looking into getting into DJing, I would suggest just getting PCDJ or another program that you can use a keyboard as the controller. Its easier to control at first and you’ll see if you have the ear to mix. If you’re looking to go portable, match this with a external soundcard and you, sir, are set.

17 of 18 people found the following review helpful.
Small, compact, lightweight. . .SO MUCH MORE FOR THE PRICE!
By Dj Windz One
I bought this for practicing my sets in my room, or where ever I can. That, and I wanted to venture into Native Instruments territory (I use Serato).

Build Quality – I wish there was more metal parts (like a heavy mtal plate for the bottom), but it doesn’t matter becasue it is light weight, and I can retrofit (hack) a metal plate of my choosing. . .but that’ll be later. The buttons are responsive. With Traktor LE, it works flawlessly (packaged with it). I’ve had no issues with it, and I was fairly impressed with the build quality (being that it’s ALL plastic).

My only concerns are pretty small:

1) The Faders.
Over time, thy may get too wobbly, but I’m pretty sure there will be some after market parts (Innofader?) to replace these. Or I may just replace them (line faders) myself with smoother ones.

2) Conencted USB.
This is the part where I don’t agree with it. I hack a replacement so I can simply remove the USB cord. But really, it’s not a deal breaker.

Price – How can you say no? $150 (no sound card). Rumors show that Numark and Native Instruments may put together a package with a sound card. If you don’t want to wait (like I did), you may want to pick up either a Numark StereoIO (roughly $35-$40 ), or spend the good quality on a Native Instruments Audio 2 DJ ($100). I got the latter and the output is great. And with Traktor LE being from NI, Set-up is a FRIGGIN breeze.

If you looking to get started, or want something to just mess around with, don’t even hesitate on this!

***UPDATE on OCt 4, 2010***
Numark has just announced a MixTrack Pro for $250. . .This time it includes a soundcard built in, and has a detachable USB cord. . . .At least Numark is now listening!

There are three main synthesizer types. They are:

Analog synthesizers

Digital synthesizers

Software synthesizers

Each synthesizer is classified according to the method of sound creation. Synthesizers that use a mixture of all these three are likewise available in modern market. These types are called hybrid synthesizers. Modern synthesizers vary significantly in their working method, potential, dimension and outlook. In the majority of the synthesizers the output is required to be passed through the speaker, or an external amplifier and loudspeakers to convert it into sound.

Format and Types of Synthesizers Designs.

Analog Soft Synths:

When a harmonically rich waveform (Saw, Rectangle, Square, and Triangle) is generated by an oscillator, then the filters or cuts away percentage of the sound is outputted in a exhaustive fashion with filters and envelopes. This is the mechanism of Soft Synths.

FM Synths:

Frequency Modulation works in a way where rather of subtracting from a big waveform, the synthesis is started by using various Sine Waves (operators and carriers) at user selectable frequencies and then patched them in respective ways to come up with tones.

Apart from these there are others like:

Wavetable and Linear Algorithmic Synths

Sample Playback Soft Synths

Hybrid Physical Modeling Soft Synths

Hybrid and Abstract Synths

Emulator is one mutual type. There applied to be rather a potpourri but manufacturers have stopped making them in a lot. Purchasing old and second hand stuff is a viable option as the unused basi hand productions may be costly and unpredictable. The emulation or the copy precise types offer having graphics that model the precise user interface of controls. Popular synthesizers, for example, the Minimoog and Yamaha DX 7 have emulators.

Some software synthesizers are more of sample based. Computers, generally, have less limitations on it is memory or RAM than committed hardware synthesizers. Some of these sample based synthesizers come with sample libraries, which may weight up to GBs or giga bytes. Some of these are wholly drafted to imitate real world instruments such as pianos. Many sample libraries are available in a Windows, IBM mutual format like WAV or Waveform audio format files, and may be worked with almost any sampler based softsynth.

The newer and recent versions of softsynths are designed to be compatible with engineering such as Virtual Studio Technology (VST), which concede other music programs to interface with the softsynth. Plug in technologies include DXi, VST, Motu Audio System (MAS), Real Time AudioSuite (RTAS), Audio Units (AU).

Common Types of Synthesizers Designs

Most of the professional software synthesizers come with a high price tag, but given the works they may put up in real time or 1.5x real time with good hardware. These prices may be termed justified. Reality(TM) Professional Music Synthesis Software, VirSyn Software Synthesizer, Reaktor, Generator are to name a few mid range Software Synthesizers. However numerous free to undertake and freeware are out there also. Adder, Crusher X Live 3.42, Drums, Digitonix Element, Ethereal, FlexiMusic Composer, FlexiMusic Generator, SequBeat, Space Station Pro are also there. There are a number of Demos or Demonstration programs available in the market. The manufacturers give the users prospect to get acquainted with the programs before they try.

Now that 2010 has come and gone, we may look back on the year and see what were the best merchandising karaoke songs, both Pop and Country. Although there are reviews that are very similar in nature, this Pop and Country Karaoke Review is dissimilar in that it shows what humans that sing wanted to perform, not just what humans that love Today’s Music wanted to listen to.

Here are our top ten picks-based on sales, requests, and popularity-first the Pop List and then the Country List. Many discs that we sold for the duration of the year had assorted of these songs on the same disc so there is no concrete method in determining the primary song the buyer was mesmerized in when purchasing the disc. In other words, our selections cannot be considered 100 percent exact of which songs topped the list for 2010, but we think it comes close.

2010 Top Karaoke Pop Songs

#1 – Need You Now – Lady Antebellum ( Yes, a country group tops the 2010 Pop Music Chart; this song’s pop mix version has electric guitar replacing the country guitar twang in the chorus and the bridge. When I primary heard this song I thought I had heard it before; some believe it to be similar to ‘Eye In The Sky’ by Alan Parsons. I think it’s chorus is similar to ‘More Than Words Can Say’ by Alias)

#2 – California Gurls by Katy Perry – (Katy Perry has proven to be not just a flash in the pan but a bonafied Pop Star. I, for one, thought her career was going to be short-lived when her firstborn single came out entitled ‘I Kissed A Girl’ – the American Top 40 fanbase is fickle and forgetful. But here she is two years later with her 2nd album that has spawned 3 #1 Hits, including California Gurls. The song is attentiongetting with the line ‘Daisy Dukes, Bikinis on top’. She does need someone to aid her in the spelling department)

#3 – Hey, Soul Sister by Train – (We may have thought that Train was ancient history because it had been five years since they had any Pop Chart Success. However three of those years they were on hiatus and lookie now; ‘Hey, Soul Sister’ has brought this group back from the dead. Who would have thought that a song with a ukulele as the lead instrument could top the charts? Maybe Tiny Tim would have, but who remembers him?)

#4 – TiK ToK by Ke$ha- (A attentiongetting tune justifiably equated to ‘Just Dance’ by Lady Gaga, this song could be a cookie cutter pattern of the galore dance numbers on American Top 40 today)

#5 – Nothin’ On You by B.o.B – (This debut single from artisan B.o.B features Bruno Mars on guest vocals, but the karaoke version may plainly be sung as a single artist.)

#6 – Glitter In The Air by Pink – (This song puts Pink on a whole new level. It is a bluesy, emotional, heartfelt ballad and hence it was to a considerable degree requested. She performed this song at the 52nd Grammy Awards in a Cirque du Soleil style performance)

#7 – Bad Romance by Lady Gaga – (Another hit from the never predictable Lady Gaga. Features of this song have been equated to her earlier hit ‘Poker Face’.)

#8 – Today Was A Fairytale by Taylor Swift – (A nice little ballad featured on the soundtrack of ‘Valentine’s Day’. Although at times I find myself wincing at numerous of Taylor Swift’s off-key live performances, I be grateful for most of all her ballads, as do a heap of karaoke singers. Add your own vocals to the instrumental arrangements and it doesn’t matter what her ‘live’ performance sounded like.)

#9 – Only Girl (In the World) by Rihanna – (Rihanna proceeds her string of success, with this uptempo dance tune. This song became her 9th number one single, more than any other artisan since 2000)

#10 – Just The Way You Are by Bruno Mars – (This song is not a remake of the song with the same title by Billy Joel. It is an original composition that is just so sappy that it may make you cry. Most each girlfriend, fiancée, or wife would blush to have this song sung to them, much like the official video of this song depicts. This great video and convincing vocals from Bruno Mars has made this one of the most requested Karaoke Songs for 2010)

Top 2010 Karaoke Country Songs

#1 – Need You Now by Lady Antebellum (This song evidently has wide appeal, topping both the Country and Pop 2010 Karaoke Charts. The fact that it is a duet helps since a heap of Karaoke fans are looking for a song that they may sing along to with someone else, but since it is a karaoke track a singer may without apparent effort sing the whole song solo.)

#2 – The House That Built Me by Miranda Lambert – (This song is with regards to returning to your childhood home that is now occupied by other people. The hope is to reconnect with a former self there, in order to heal from unspecified troubles and stresses caused by current life. The request is made to come in just one last time and “I won’t take not one thing but a memory.”)

#3 – Temporary Home by Carrie Underwood (Though not as commercially successful as numerous of Carrie Underwood’s other singles, this song has sufficient sentiment and emotion to make it one of 2010 most requested Karaoke Songs)

#4 – Why Don’t We Just Dance by Josh Turner (This song is infectiously fun and likeable to most all country music fans)

#5 – Water by Brad Paisley (Although not as witty with it’s lyrics as other country tunes, the song is attentiongetting and will probably stay a song employed around summer for it’s respective apps of ‘Water’.)

#6 – Hillbilly Bone by Blake Shelton (This uptempo country ditty is a statement of rural pride. Note the line: “We all got a hillbilly bone down deep inside”.)

#7 – Stuck Like Glue by Sugarland (A attentiongetting tune that, if it weren’t for Jennifer Nettle’s evident country lead vocals, could pass for a Pop Song)

#8 – Cowboy Casanova by Carrie Underwood – (a late 2009 release that actually peaked in January 2010. This song is upbeat and similar to Carrie Underwood’s earlier hit “Before He Cheats” in that it’s message stands as a warning to girls in regards to unfaithful men)

#9 – Rain Is A Good Thing by Luke Bryan – (It seems like a country song is either going to tell you a story or have a manufacturing hook. For this song by Luke Bryan the development of the theme is this: “Rain is a good thing,” because “rain makes corn, and corn makes whiskey, and whiskey makes my baby feel a little frisky”. Obviously ‘corny’ but it worked)

#10 – Only Prettier by Miranda Lambert – (The message in this song is that city girls and country girls are fundamentally the same except that country girls are ‘only prettier’.)

So, if you are a singer, 2010 gave you a great deal of new music to choose from. Sometimes it may seemed that there is no good new music out there. However it may seem that way because you’ve gotten into the habit of listening to your ‘iPod’ with your pre-selected selections in music. Start making it a habit of listening to radio or turning on a music channel more often, then you’re going to find a great deal of new selections to choose from.

A Mobile DJ is an entertainer that travels to locatings to provide amusement for a specific event. Where will you see a Mobile DJ? You’ll see a Mobile DJ supplying amusement for Birthday Parties, Sweet 16′s, Bar-Bat Mitzvahs, Weddings, Class Reunions, Graduation Parties, Corporate Parties, etc.

Mobile DJ’s (somewhat of an oxymoron before the turn of the 21st century) weren’t so mobile. You would see 2 huge turntables, a big mixer, huge amplifier, huge speakers, huge heavy crates full of 78′s, lots of wires, and just too much stuff and not without apparent effort mobile. Although Big Club DJ’s and galore “old school” DJ’s still love spinning on turntables, it’s just not effective for a typical Event DJ. As engineering gets littler and more efficient, DJ’ing instrumentation is getting much posing no difficulty to transport, set-up, and operate.

The DJ’s that use the more spectacular turntable systems look and sound amazing while beat mixing but you won’t see a good deal of of them DJ’ing littler events that may just require numerous background music. A kid with an iPod, with a good playlist, and speakers may probably provide decent songs while a big turntable mixing system is just overkill. A good mobile DJ with the right instrumentation may be very profitable and successful at these events and may even start out building a reputable DJ business. As the business builds, and gigs get started to accumulate, it’s indispensable to have DJ instrumentation that is reliable, easy to set-up, and effective.

When looking for dependable instrumentation as a Mobile DJ, it’s indispensable to look for “name” brands. Even with name brands, a DJ has a choice among lower quality-lower prices, higher-quality, higher-prices. For MP3 and CD Players, names like Gemini and American Audio are for less “name” brands but they are lower in quality than Denon or Pioneer. Numark, antecedently a mid-level quality company has been reaching new engineering (check out Newmarks, NS7FX) that is beginning to compete with the big boys.

Here are a lot of of the most usual Dual CD/MP3 Players with example-averaged prices being applied by DJ’s: Gemini CDMP-6000 ($399.95), Gemini CDX-2400 Rackmount ($170.00), American Audio CK 1000 Table Top Dual ($399.00), American Audio Velocity Professional Dual ($599.00), Numark CD Mix-1 Dual (199.00), Numark CDN22 Rack Mount Dual CD Player (149.00), Denon DN-D6000 Dual CD MP3 Player ($850.00), Pioneer CMX-3000 Dual Rackmount CD Player ($1,000).

You may evidently see a price divergence but you will experience a noticeable divergence in quality amidst a cd controller marketing for $200 as opposed to the Pioneer CMX for a grand.

Some Mobile DJ’s have even decisive to make their set-up even more mobile by doing away with CD’s and purchasing MP3 Players that have external hard drive or iPod connections. I run all my parties with MP3′s no CD’s. Although I have a Denon 4500 CD player in my system, it is only used if somebody has cd they want me to play.

Here are a lot of of the most usual MP3 players with example averaged prices. Numark’s IDJ Mixing Console for iPod ($160.00), Numark’s IDJ2 DJ Console for the IPod and External Hard Drive connections ($399.00), Numark’s D2 Director Mass Storage Player and Manager, Denon DN-HD2500 Hard Disk Media ($599.00), Pioneer MEP-7000 Professional Media Player with CD Decks ($1400)

Some of these units may be employed as controllers for general Laptop Mixing Software like Traktor, Virtual DJ, PCDC, and Serato Scratch. There are frequent controllers like the Vestax VCI-100MV Mixvibes Edition DJ Controller that is quintessentially designed to control laptop software. Numark’s NS7 DJ ($1300.00) is getting some huge attention from Serato users.

If DJ’ing on a laptop, consider using that laptop solely for DJ’ing. Other programs or files on the laptop may slow the necessary processing speed.

Once a Mobile DJ has a player, now a good mixer has to be considered. Again, there are good name brands with lower quality-lower prices and good name brands with higher quality-higher prices. Behringer is a authenti brand on the lower end. Consider the Behringer DX626 Pro Mixer ($100.00), Vestax PMC-280 4 Channel DJ Mixer With Digital Effects ($499.00), Denon DN-X1100 4 Channel DJ Mixer ($700.00), or the Pioneer DJM-800 Professional Mixer ($1,700.00). A Mobile DJ can’t go wrong with any of these selections but the pricier mixers do offer more features like effects, more mic inputs, talk over, etc.

Once a Player is selected, and a Mixer is selected, all that’s left are galore good powerful speakers. The best type of speakers a mobile DJ may use is Active/Powered Speakers. Passive speakers would require an amplifier or a powered mixer with more weight added to the rig. A DJ may run an XLR cable out of the mixers, plug directly into the powered speakers, plug the speakers in, and voile, sound! ‘

There are a few decent companies that I could suggest. Here are a few products: Behringer Eurolive B208D Active PA ($180.00), American Audio XSP-10A Powered Speaker ($200.00). Here are the companies that I highly recommend: Mackie, JBL, and RCF. Mackie SRM450 v2 Active PA ($500.00), Mackie SRM350 v2 Active, JBL EON515 450 Watt 15″ Powered ($800.00), JBL PRX535 3 Way 15″ ($1000.00), RCF ART312A or RCFART315A Powered Speakers 15″ ($1100.00).

A Mobile DJ must have a pretty simple Set-up. At this point we have discussed a Media Player (CD/MP3 or only MP3), Mixer, and Powered Speakers. This is all the instrumentation that is necessary for Mobile DJ.

A good case with a sturdy rack ought to be considered as well ($200-$400). The Player and Mixer will be screwed down on the top, and in the front of the rack you’ll have the dual cd decks (if a cd player is purchased) and a power strip to plug everything in. Now the rig is; 2 speakers, the case with all the elements all safe and secured, a bag with wires (xlr cables, rca cables, etc.), and speaker poles.

Now all you’ll need is music and set lists. Besides learning how the instrumentation works, this is the most difficult part of DJ’ing. Good set lists and great music is what separates good DJs from bad DJs no matter how pricey or elaborated their instrumentation is. Djs who have been agreeably diverting for a long time have learned from experience what songs work for specific sets.

Where do new DJs or Intermediate DJs go to learn set-mixes that work? A web site has been developed for Event/Mobile DJs to give DJs prompt access to Set lists for all types of parties; Weddings, Birthdays, Kids, Sweet 16′s, Graduations, and great mixes for popular dance music, modified monthly. It may likewise be a resource internet site for DJ’s to go and get all types of helpful tips, how-to’s, and information, song programming techniques, and event forms.

Being a mobile DJ is fun, exciting, and very profitable! As technology gets littler and more comfortable to use, more and more persons will be attempting to master DJ’ing. Technology is only half of the skill. The other half of being a great Mobile DJ is knowing your music and being convinced in your set lists. Having Good Equipment and Great Mixes is all a DJ needs to be outstanding in the 21st century.

This latest series is a variant on a theme since the “Human Planet” looks at us as a species particularly our behaviour in subsistence and fundamentally dangerous environments (with the exception of the last episode “Cities”) where humans are most challenged by nature, eco systems or competition with other mammals and animals.

1. It is surprisingly raw for American TV. Normally Americans prefer to watch cute people eat dirty things, rather than watching dirty people eat cute things. Audiences complain when people living in harsh conditions kill whales to survive. Not everyone wants to be confronted with the messier, complicated reality when they can find solace in a simplified television narrative. That this show has the temerity and honesty to require a parental a advisory for “disturbing content and indigenous nudity” instantly wins a place in my heart.

2. This series presents what I believe is our best way forward with the environment. It shows an alternative to our conquer or be conquered conflict with nature. The idea that man can live as part of nature rather than as either as it’s master or at its mercy is ultimately the key to our own survival. The key is not to absent ourselves from nature, but reconnect with it. Although many of the people in this series maintain ancient traditions, most are by no means primitive, living modern lifestyles combined with traditional ways.

3. Human Planet, like the actual humans of the planet, is refreshingly polyglot. Abandoned is the obnoxious convention where a person begins speaking in a different language, only to be talked over by a translator. Instead they are granted the dignity of speaking in their own voice, with translations appearing in creatively inserted subtitles. This also allows me to practice my listening skills in some obscure languages.

But now that I’ve got the DVDs, there are three things that really surprised me:

1. John Hurt has a lot more gravitas as a narrator than Mike Rowe, who just seems a little too smug to narrate this kind of documentary as he did in the American release.

2. There is a hilarious advertisement for BBC America narrated by John Oliver (of Daily Show fame)

3. MOST IMPORTANTLY! THERE IS A LOT MORE. Not to overshadow it’s other virtues, but the reason to buy these DVDs is simply there is a lot more to see. Discovery truncated the series down to 5 episodes and a sixth rehash of clips from previous episodes. The Original, contained on these DVDs, has 8 episodes: 1. Oceans 2. Deserts 3.Arctic 4. Jungles 5. Mountains 6. Grasslands 7. Rivers 8. Cities (and 9. Extras) The Discovery condensation was not only unwarranted (what’s the hurry? Did they need to finish quickly in order to have more reruns of Desert Car Kings?) but also awkward. Although the episodes on Rivers and Oceans did combine smoothly, the juxtaposition of Jungles and Grasslands was jarring and disjointed. Worst of all, they entirely omitted the final episode on Cities, which re-contextualizes the entire series as a voyeuristic museum of the primitive, rather than a nuanced articulation of the place of nature and tradition in modernity and society.

In its entirety, this forms a vital document of humanity, nature, and a possible solution to some of our greatest problems today.

Synthesizers are arguably the most versatile and expressive musical instruments ever created. Used either as an accompaniment to other acoustic or electronic instruments or to develop entire pieces of music on their own, synthesizers have come to play an essential role and even dominate a number of styles of innovative music.

As a musician looking to integrate sounds generated by a hardware synthesizer into your own music, there are a number of constituents that will undoubtedly influence your decision on which model synthesizer to purchase. Perhaps most primary is the sound you hope to achieve with the synthesizer, which to a great extent will depend on the style of music you wish to make.

Another adverse factor in the decision-making routine of a good deal of musicians is the cost of a hardware synthesizer. Many of the best-sounding synths may without apparent effort cost thousands of dollars, altho luckily, there are a number of quality hardware synthesizers available for those of us on a budget. Below are the top three hardware synthesizers widely available for a applied price of underneath $400.

1. Roland Juno-106

The Roland Juno-106 has been around since 1984 but it is sounds are anything but dated. It is a unfeigned analog synthesizer, which galore would consider to be it is best feature. Near the end of the 1980s, synthesizer manufacturers started out a trend towards digital synthesis causing numerous older analogs to become worthful collector’s items. Today, the Roland Juno-106 sells for around $360 applied and this legendary synth has been used by such bands as Depeche Mode, Pet Shop Boys, Autechre, Covenant, Celldweller, The Prodigy, Astral Projection and the Chemical Brothers.

2. Korg microKorg

A much more progressed synthesizer is the Korg microKorg, which was freed in 2002. It has only a 37 key keyboard but the sounds on this little synth speak for themselves. It features the same synthesis engine as the Korg MS2000, with both synthesizers relying on a virtual analog architecture – that is, virtual emulation of analog synthesis. The microKorg is available used for prices around just $280. This little but powerful keyboard has been employed by Duran Duran, KMFDM, VNV Nation, The Prodigy and Pet Shop Boys.

3. Kurzweil K2000

Another completely dissimilar kind of synthesizer is the Kurzweil K2000, which was unleashed in 1991. The K2000 is competent of complex sounds and even has a built-in sequencer and sampler for creating entire pieces of music with just a single piece of music equipment. This synth is still widely used today and has been found in the studios of such bands as Pink Floyd, Depeche Mode, Duran Duran, Nitzer Ebb, Front Line Assembly, KMFDM, Nine Inch Nails, Massive Attack, Skinny Puppy and Wumpscut. The K2000 may be found for around $340.

Many Mobile Discos have made the modify from a established CD or Vinyl based system to a software based one, ordinarily running on either a full sized pc or a laptop. The fundamental principle of both schemes are largely the same, and so you shouldn’t merely be taken in by reading other DJs horror stories in regards to how their laptop overheated for the duration of the basi dance at a Wedding or how their full sized PCs power supply exploded halfway through a gig. There are pros and cons of using both systems, but for the most part whether to use a full size pc or a laptop comes down to personal choice, practicality, budget and space, and you’ll often times find that DJ’s criticising the opposite machine, have never actually applied the system that they are criticising!. If possible visit a DJ who already uses a system to that which you intend to use yourself, not one thing may trade an idea better than actually seeing it in use!, for the record, I have watched Mobile DJ’s use both PC’s and Laptops to DJ from, and neither, in my opinion, was more authenti or better than the other, so it must only be personal choice, rather than rumour or scaremongering which makes the decision on that score!.

Is running a Mobile Disco from a PC or Laptop reliable?

Anybody who has ever came upon the windows blue screen of death, or worn out the Ctrl+alt+del keys on their keyboard will perhaps dread the thought of using such a system as a platform to their DJ’ing!. In essence, a decent consecrated pc or laptop with a clean install, good quality hard drive and a reasonable amount of memory will out preform most typical home pc set ups which may be running various apps at a time, be infiltrated with virus or spyware traces, and have a hard drive and registry full of corrupt enteries and partly uninstalled files.

The key to running a successful software based DJ system, is to buy a consecrated pc / laptop for the task, and to only run the operating system and DJ Software on there, and never concede it to run other apps or even connect to the internet. This way the installation runs and remains clean and for the most part error free, will seldom have a corrupt file, and won’t get infiltrated or bogged down with various other applications. This counsel is given by DJ’s who have been using software and PC’s for galore years, and have found this method of DJ’ing to be just as authenti as conventional DJ’ing from CD’s.

The vantages of using a Laptop or Pc to DJ

The vantages of converting your material to music files and using a Pc or Laptop to DJ from are many. The original is the most obvious, gone are the days where you are carrying assorted heavy boxes of CD’s around with you, most DJ’s CD collections may effortlessly be converted to MP3 and will fit onto a 80gb – 200gb hard drive!. By converting to Software Dj’ing you also rid yourself of that long search through various hundred CD compilations in order to find that elusive requested track that you just recognise that you have got somewhere!. With most DJ Software, you may type in portion or all of the artistes name or song title and find it within seconds!. It genuinely is possible to find and cue up a request within 5 seconds – something which just can’t be done effortlessly or quickly with a CD or vinyl collection.

Other vantages of a software based DJ system, include the possibleness to invent playlists from ofttimes applied tracks, and you could construct playlists from all genres, for example a playlist for background music, one for dance music, one for the 70s and one for the end of the night slowies. Of course you may likewise group the tracks together and catalog them according to Genre which likewise makes finding tracks from queer era’s more comfortable too. Some DJ Software will likewise grant you to group tracks together which have a similar BPM – a boon for DJ’s who mix.

Which DJ Software ought to I choose?

There are numerous dissimilar brands and types of DJ Software about, again it comes down to personal preference which type you choose. It is always a very good idea to check out reviews and discussions on DJ Forums and if possible to find a DJ who uses a system based on the software which is of interest to you, so you may actually see it in action, in a disco environment.

Some DJ Software comes with a free trial, which enables you to download and install the software on your scheme and try it for for free for a time fixed amount of time (usually 10 – 30 days). Depending on the cost of the software, there may be differing features. Some Dj Software will merely grant you to cue up and play music using 2 “players”, others will have more comprehensive features, such as being competent to fade amidst tracks, modify the pitch and tempo controls in a similar manner to established CD and Vinyl turntables, a great deal of of the more highpriced software will even grant you to mix, or add a USB controller which looks and functions like a twin cd controller!, a heap of Software will even mix the tracks for you!.

Remember that a feature is only suitable if you have a use for it!. Carefully consider what features you need, and which will be the ones that you will have any use for. It would be pointless buying a Dj Software package which allows you to mix, if you are a mobile dj who seldom has the requirement to beat mix. Most Software in it is basic form, also comes with the option to add and install plug ins which give you further and added updates and features, so it is worth starting with the basic packages and then adding new features if and when you require them!.

My counsel at this stage, if you are new to, or giving careful consideration to Software Dj’ing is to download the free tryouts of the respective software which is available, try them for the time fixed period, and then buy the one which suits you, and which is the most comfortable to use.

Some dj software titles which are presently usual and well reviewed by Mobile DJ’s include OTSDJ, DSSDJ and PCDJ

What type of PC do I need to run my DJ Software package

When you have decisive on a software package, it is then time to consider what pc or laptop to use it on. Contrary to rumour, you don’t need the latest brand new pc or laptop to with great success run DJ Software from, and neither do you need a big CPU processor. Most DJ Software will happily run on a pentium 3 processor with 600mhz speed or higher, a good deal of of the newer 1.2ghz+ celerons will also flawlessly run DJ software with no troubles and without breaking into a sweat. Try and buy as much memory as you may afford, ideally 512mb of memory or a minimum of 256mb for most applications.

How big ought to I be )

A decent sized hard drive is the next consideration. Remember the more prominent the hard drive the more person tracks that you may fit on there. An intermediate music file ripped at 192kbps is around 5mb in size and so a 100gb hard drive must fit around 20,000 tracks on there. However if you increase the quality of the track in MP3 format, then the file size rises also, so a 320kpbs mp3 could be as huge as 11mb in size and so the same 100gb capacity would be scaled down to keeping only around 9000 tracks. Don’t forget to factor in space for your operating software, drivers and DJ software when working out hard drive capacity!. You may of course exaggerate your hard drive capacity by fitting external hard drives to USB ports, and these are also reliable. If possible try and use a system which runs USB2.0 or even firewire since these run at more immediate info speeds than traditionalisti USB1.1 even though a lot of Dj’s report no issues with hard drives and soundcards run from older 1.1 systems.

Give me Sound!

Using a good quality soundcard is a must!, a lot of laptops and motherboard based sound chips on full sized pc’s seldom do justice to sound quality or are designed with full time high quality audio playback in mind. Consider installing a pci sound card in your pc, or laying out capital in a good quality USB external soundcard if you opt to use a laptop. Most 2 channel soundcards will suffice for DJ’ing in most mobile applications, where the audio is mixed amongst the players on the laptop and the single output is then fed through a pair of “L” and “R” connectors on the soundcard, and then into the mixer or amplifier.

However, if more ability to create is required, or the software is to be applied for mixing apps or the use of a crossfader among channels on a conventional mixer is likely to be utilised, then you need to buy a 5 channel soundcard. This allows the soundcard to be set up, in a manner which allows one pair of “L” and “R” outputs to be applied for “Player 1″ on the soundcard and fed into an person channel on the mixer, and the same for “Player 2″ – this allows each software player to have it is own fader on the mixer – just like a conventional twin cd player.

What Quality?

Some Dj Software packages come finish with the means to “Rip” a cd. “Ripping” means placing the firstborn Cd into the PC’s CDROM and the routine of converting the original music on the CD to MP3 Data, which is then stored on the hard drive as an MP3 File. In the case of OTSDJ, the option is likewise there to convert to a file called OTS, this is a habit files regonised only by the OTSDJ software, nonetheless it sounds just as good as MP3 and is likewise a somewhat littler file size, meaning that more OTS files may be stored on a hard drive when equated to established MP3 files.

If you use a DJ software package which does use conventional MP3 files, then you will need to select the quality at which to “rip”. This figure is measured in “Kbps” and oftentimes ranges from 32kbps and 320kbps. Lower ranges are not commended for professional use over a PA system since they may sound dull and even distorted. Ideally for professional use, the DJ ought to be looking at ripping their CD’s to Mp3 files at 192kbps or greater.

192kbps is considered reasonable quality, nonetheless 320kbps is near cd quality and may be prefered by a lot of Dj’s – nonetheless on littler audio schemes the divergence may be hard to detect. As the quality is increased, so does the file size, and a 320kbps file may be assorted mb larger than it is 192kbps counterpart, it may likewise take longer to rip an entire CD at 320kbps than at lower rates.

For Dj Software which doesn’t have ripping capability, Musicmatch Jukebox may prove to be an substitute for this process,

Are there any less favorable advantages to being a Digital DJ?

Now the disadvantages!. Obviously the initial cost of buying a PC / Laptop, a good quality soundcard, huge hard drive and the Dj Software itself is likely to total far more than buying a established CD Player or turntables. It also takes time to “rip” your cd collection to Mp3 and store them on your hard drive. In a great deal of jurisdictions it is likewise illegal to convert basi material to MP3 format for digital use without a licence, and this may prove to be expensive, if the Dj is to work on the right side of the law. It is the possible licence requirement that we talk about next.

Do I need a licence to play music from a laptop?

At the time of writing this article, an annual licence is required in Canada and the UK in order to use a PC or laptop to DJ from. In the UK, a further licence and possible royalty payment is likewise required for the conversion process. Although no fees have yet been advertised (April 2006) these controversal laws are likely to make this form of DJ’ing unattractive when equated to more conventional, and “licence free” alternatives.

Finally, my tips for Software Djing

* Always buy and use a consecrated pc / laptop rigorously for Dj use, do not be tempted to use the family pc or run other apps on the machine you use to DJ from, and do not grant this machine to connect to the internet. On a pre-used machine, also get started from scratch with a format and fresh install of the operating system.

* Use a good quality soundcard, even if you need to upgrade or buy an external USB one

* Always rip the music direct from an primary CD at 192kbps quality or higher. 320kbps is advised for higher quality pa systems and is near cd quality. 192kbps is okay for littler systems applied by the Mobile DJ.

* Don’t be too concerned with regards to buying the latest top of the range PC to run from. Most Dj Software will happily run from basic P3 600mhz machines, but do check out the minimum requisites on the software writers website.

* Read reviews on the respective software packages available. Stick to the features that you will use, since you may always upgrade extras later. Take vantage of the free tryouts of DJ Software which are available and use the time to find the best software to suit you

* If you choose a full sized PC make sure that it is in a professional manner flightcased – pc’s are not designed to be carried around.

* Select a high capacity 100gb – 200gb hard drive from a reputable manufacturer. Where practical and legal always back up your data

* Fit your machine with at least 256mb of memory, and ideally 512mb.

* Check out the legal aspect of converting primary music to MP3 and whether a licence is required to operate such a system.

282 of 297 people found the following review helpful.
One of the finest headphones period.
By Karlton D. Lynch
I’ll say this first off: I don’t record, DJ, or do any mixes with this headphone (no prosumer work). These Audio Technica M50′s (straight cable) are used purely for listening to my music. One phrase comes to mind about these cans: O MiE GaWd!

I currently own these and the Beyerdynamic DT-770 pro (80 ohm), and have owned everything under the sun from Bose’s headphone offerings; except their noise-canceling variants, although I’ve heard those as well. The M50′s overall are the best sounding period that I’ve heard yet. They sound so ridiculously good that I can’t even imagine if I need, let alone want to hear more expensive offerings.

Highs 5/5 – Imagine a dedicated tweeter per cup. The highs are PERFECT. Sirens, cymbals, piano notes, you name it comes in crystal clear with a pristine pitch. No harshness or fatigue comes with it. No roll-off or sibilance either, even if you crank it up to stratospheric levels.

Mids 5/5 – Like 2 miniaturized, mid-range drivers for your dome piece. When I heard Bose, I thought I HEARD everything, which was very nice. With the M50′s, YOU WILL HEAR EVERYTHING. There were hidden voices and notes that even the Bose’s missed in songs that I knew by heart. Voices came out clear and articulate. No recessed mid-range here. It’s all up in your grill with pleasing authority and with the natural fullness that is to be expected with your tunes.

Lows 5/5 – I wish I could rate this higher. No other headphone (that I’ve heard) can touch this. Take two, high quality, sealed sub woofers. Shrink them, and somehow stuff them into the M50′s. Then listen. Your brain will become grits. Your eyeballs will shake furiously. Your jawbone will uncontrollably vibrate. The bass in this headphone can resurrect the dead (and then some). The bass notes come in with such passion, that you instantly fall in love. It is highly textured, laser-accurate, and tightly controlled with ZERO distortion. There is no need to crank up the EQ on this. You can, but you’ve been warned. The bass is the best part about the M50. It is FLAWLESS.

Soundstage 4/5 – For a studio monitor, the soundstage is very good. There is a wide sense of space and depth to the sound. Nevertheless, they aren’t as open-sounding as others such as the DT-770 pros, which have a closed design as well. This can sometimes take you out of the “scenario” when watching movies or playing games, which is why I use these primarily for music. I use the DT-770 pro’s for movies and games, which those excel in this area.

Detail Retrieval 5/5 – Plain and simple, if it’s in the audio track, you will hear it with no problem at all. Every nuance, sound, intricate detail, and mouse-fart will have a direct line to your eardrum for your listening pleasure. No complaints.

Value 5/5 – You need a pair (no, not those) of Audio Technica M50′s. These are more than worthy to add to your headphone stable. Comfort is also quite excellent. Other studio monitor headphones pinch too tight for me (I also wear glasses), these are just right. Not too loose or constricted. The Beyers beat these in this area though (those are like Serta pillows .

The cord is terminated into a slick-looking, metal housing, with a flexible end connected to a 1/8″ plug, that also can be mated to a screw on 1/4″ adapter. In other words, you can plug the M50′s into whatever device you want; Ipod, home receiver, amp, etc., right out of the box. Durability is also the best I’ve seen yet. Can’t see these breaking in any way, even if it’s in the hands of a toddler.

Audio Technica M50′s = A slice of musical heaven with whipped cream.

UPDATE: 4/8/09 – Burn in definitely changes the sound. Other owners have suggested 40 hours of cooking. The headphones sound more distinct, clear, and the instruments have better separation. Even the bass is more lively and the soundstage is more expanded. All said, don’t judge yet until you’ve pumped tunes through them for many hours. Which then, the end result will surely be a smile on your face.

The Grado serves me well except it is not the most comfortable pair of headphones. The other problem is the open design which leaks out sound which may disturb my officemates.

I have been searching for a replacement on and off for a while. Finally, I read enough reviews and jumped on eBay and scored a pair of Audio Technica ATH-M50 for under $100 shipped.

Without burn-in, I would say these compare really well (at par) with Grado SR80. Although I think the sound stage presented by SR80 is wider may be due to the open design. M50 with the closed back design seems a tad closed in. But, nevertheless, the sound right out of the box is really good.

I can say a good pair of headphones can certainly beat loudspeakers that cost 10x even 20x. My Dunlavy SCII with Velodyne DD15 will shy away in comparison with M50. Very neutral and detailed sound stage. The fitting is a bit tight. I plan to stretch it out using my desktop PC while doing some burn-in.

Initial comparison with Grado back to back, I noticed the following:
1. At same volume level, M50 plays louder than SR80
2. Sound isolation of M50 is pretty good, plan to use it on airplane
3. The sound stage of SR80 is wider
4. M50 has better bass than SR80
5. Highs and mids are very close with slight preference for M50
6. Fit and comfort of M50 is better but I hope it will loosen up a bit after use
7. Build quality is much better for M50 – obviously SR80 foam cushion is deteriorating after a few years of use

I’ll update this review when the burn-in is complete.
——————————————————–

Update after 100-hour burn-in

Sound updates:
I compared to my office-mate who owns a pair of Sennheiser HD 280 Pro. Right off the bet, we both noticed how much more open the ATH-M50 sounded. This is before the burn-in.
I am even more impressed after the burn-in. The close-in that I commented before comparing to my Grado SR80 is now gone. The bass also improves quite a bit.
Off course, my home system with Velodyne DD15 packed a better punch but this is not a fair comparison.

Comfort:
Stretching for 100 hours also loosened up the fit so it is very comfortable. My only gripe is the top of the headband still has a pressure point. I might just bend to provide a better fit.

All in all, if you are shopping for a sub $100 headphone, you cannot go wrong with this one. Highly recommended!

Here is review of mid range Yamaha synthesizer keyboards. Yamaha not only has a outstanding brand name but also a finish selection of digital pianos, keyboards, synths and keyboard workstations. The range of synths is likewise good with models that are value-for-money synthesizers as well as workstations like Yamaha motif.

If you are looking for a keyboard that has more of synthesizer features as opposed to an arranger, you may find something from Yamaha. Yamaha motif is their flagship synth but there are other low-priced models as well for the working musician.

One such value-for-money option is the Yamaha MM6 synth. With most sounds taken from motif and an arpeggiator, it is competent of creating great music, specially for hip hop or dance music. Yamaha synthesizer keyboards are also frequent because of their easy to use interface and easy layout.

Another pricey but power keyboard is the Yamaha MO6 synth. This is more powerful and professional equated to the MM6. After the motif, this is another powerful synth with a much larger sound library, analog sounds, intensified editing features, and more things. The MM6 is likewise known as the mini-mo and is a lighter version equated to the MO6. It provides further and added features like Audio Integration if you use it with a music production tool like Cubase.

I am not proposing that one is good and the other is bad. MM6 has fixed features and less pricey whereas MO6 has more features and is expensive. The MM6 is more portable and good for onstage use whereas MO6 has more music creating and editing features. So check out one of these Yamaha synthesizer today!

I already have and use Yamaha MM-6, Roland A-70 (Midi Keyboard), Kurzweil SP2XS and I can compare this item to others. My previous synth (for home use) was Casio CTK-691 and it was cheap. It was so cheap, I can’t use it’s output connector because of the noise.

So, Yamaha PSR-E423 have a pretty tight company. It provide a solid sound with a vary little noise level (but still more than the competitors). The sounds are… not so good as in MM-6 or Kurzweil, but it’s much better than in Casio — this must be the best sounds for the price, but still have a reserve of improvements. I think, yamaha can safely delete 400 of 500 sound and use the free memory to improve quality of the remaining 100. For example, Acoustic Grand Piano (Yamaha pride) have a metallic sound for the notes upper than F2).

The keyboard and a functional elements are quite good — the keyboard looks and acts like in MM-6, two knobs are the same as in MM-6 and also can be used as a resonance filter, or to adjust the synth parameters. That’s interesting, but I can’t find a puporse for it. I never ever use sequencer or lessons — don’t ask about them. Harmony, arpeggio are working as expected, styles are not as expressive, as in MM-6, primarily because of too few variants. Again, this is not the point I use it for. The keyboard is easier to use, than a MM-6 or Kurzweil — because of a big screen with an options shown on it and a digital pad that doesn’t exist on MM-6 (except transpose and split point functions — they are deep in menu). Comparing to Casio, it is also easier — because some of the features are accessible with a special buttons, without scrolling the menu.

The keyboard have an USB connectivity and provide a standard midi-over-usb interface, so I don’t need any drivers. Be warned, that the keyboard does not have any MIDI ports!

Overall score is: the best sounds for the price with a full set of features. Pro: touch-sensitive keyboard, pitch bend, kontrol knobs, arpeggio, harmony, tap tempo, USB-to-computer, clean output, 6-channel sequencer. Contra: sounds can be better, transpose functions are hidden in “functions” menu, no MIDI connection, accessories are sold separately.

Crissman
This is my first keyboard. I was all set to buy the PSR-E413 from Yamaha but then the PSR-E423 came out with more voices, more flash memory and basically the same price. It looks just like the PSR-E413 except it’s black. I love the capability of recording up to 5 of your own songs, each with up to 6 tracks (although only 5 actually allow you to put in melodies – the 6th is a chord track). You can easily re-record individual tracks on a song to tweak it just the way you like. You need to pay extra and buy a power supply (guess they figured they could make extra money by selling them separately), a good sustain pedal (I got the FC4), a decent stand and some headphones. I spent a week composing my own song and made some amazing music, only to find that my keyboard wouldn’t connect to any computer. I finally returned it and the next one I got connected just fine, so I assume the USB port was bad on the first one, as it never got recognized as a device, so I couldn’t download the drivers from their setup.exe program. I now have to buy some midi sequencer software in order to transfer my performance to my computer. That’s not very well defined in the user manual, so you can get very frustrated trying to figure out why you can’t get your song to come down.

I’m having a blast with this. I just hope I can eventually get my performance into a midi file. Good thing I bought a hand-held digital audio recorder too; otherwise I’d have lost my song from the first bum keyboard.

Yes it has lots of features but I had hoped for better sound. I like that you can turn off the touch sensitive feature which makes the volume of keys pushed louder. You can turn the TS feature on and off according to your needs. One may be able to hook up the keyboard to amplifiers but I haven’t tried since I bought this mainly for home use. Overall it’s a fun beginner keyboard. The AC adapter which must be purchased separately is a bit short so take that into consideration when deciding where to place the keyboard. I personally think It’s a bit overpriced for what you get despite all the features. I would sacrifice some of the extras to get better sound. For example, I don’t need the phone ringing sound or footsteps or Jet engine sounds.

A warning to all people buying this to use with a Mac computer: THE SOFTWARE PROVIDED ONLY WORKS WITH WINDOWS. THE DRIVERS YOU CAN INSTALL FROM THEIR WEBSITE IS ONLY FOR WINDOWS. SO FAR I HAVE FOUND NO WAY OF USING THE KEYBOARD WITH MY MACBOOK. I was aware of this before I purchased it and am not complaining about it because I have a windows based machine to use it with. Just thought other people might like to know that for now (maybe in the future yamaha will provide drivers for use with MAC) it is not Mac compatible.

I fell in love with the Keyboard before I purchased it, I was a little disappointed after I got it and heard all the sounds. Still It is a decent keyboard, just not quite what I was hoping for, and I spent months researching before picking this one out.

This is a great keyboard for beginners not so much for intermediate players even though it’s being advertised as being geared toward both.
3.75 stars from me

Singing background vocals, or backing vocals as they are now and again called, is a special line of work field of recording session singing. There are particular skills, professional work ethics and complex mental states to be learned to “make it” in this exceedingly competitory market.

To sing background vocals you need -

1. Vocal training to be competent to carry out the feats of what I call a “stunt singer”. It takes more stamina and control to be a outstanding background singer than to be a lead singer, because you will have to trace and blend with another voice perfectly, taking on the lead voice’s tone, personality, rhythm, phrasing and accent, or adding whatsoever dissimilar texture of voice the producer wants to offset the lead singer’s voice.

2. To be competent to change your voice at the producer’s request.

3. To be competent to listen and formulate concordance parts.

4. Experience singing background elements with live performers and/or backing vocals in a recording studio. No matter what kind of training you have, there’s no substitute for actual experience. It’s a catch-22; you need experience to get experience, so take whatsoever prospect you may perchance find or afford to get in front of a stage or recording studio mic.

5. A demonstration (demo) recording of your voice. This may be a simple guitar or piano/vocal, a karaoke track with your voice recorded over it, or may be full instrumental tracks invented just for you. Just make sure that your vocal performance is the most indispensable thing you record. Don’t spend cash on tracks without budgeting sufficient time for outstanding vocals.

6. Referrals from humans you’ve sung with and sung for.

7. Networking, networking, networking. This takes time and persistance; people attainments are very necessary. Go to writers nights and to concerts, hang out with musicians and songwriters you know. If you know any session singers, you might ask them to sing with you and evaluate how well they think you do.

8. To realize that you may need to keep your day job. Background work is very competitory and commonly has a outstanding deal to do with being at the right place at the right time. Sometimes when someone else can’t make a session, an untried singer will get a chance. However, it is necessary to be generous of spirit, to support and commend other singers attempting to get work as well. Undercutting your fellow session singer will come back to bite you. It ordinarily takes years to break in to regular session work. Make sure you build the right reputation.

Background singers tend to be hired for the following qualities:

1. They sound great with the lead singer.

2. They learn their constituents fast.

3. They may do “head charts” (just come up with the constituents in their heads), read the Nashville number scheme (if in Nashville), and they may read written music (traditional notes on manuscripts). You may get hired without being capable to do all three, but you are considered a much more versatile singer if you may work in whatsoever way the producer, artisan or group leader wants.

4. They have positive, professional complex mental states and work well with others.

5. They may be depended upon to show up on time, each time.

6. They are nice people. The music business is a little world, and it gets to be community where where you like to work with friends and good hearted people.

Some of my best friends in the world are background singers. If you have what it takes, may network efficaciously and have an agreeable personality, the odds are that you may in truth get work in this field.
